laptopsdirect.ie giving away a hint of the new macbook ??

this image caught on laptopsdirect.ie seems to show an odd coloured 15" apple notebook that falls under the heading macbook, coud this be apples new ultraportable ? or an update to the macbook range ? heres a link to the page it was found on :

finally, were half way there, well sort of. A tool used to activate the iPhone has been built. iPhone OS Passwords found

a team at hackint0sh.org found the passwords for the iPhone OS. The root password being alpine and the "mobile" password being dottie. Unfortunatley these are like the HD DVD key in that they are useless for the time being.

Unfortunatley, even with all the brute force attacks on the firmware DMG file password we still dont have a result

My Theory of the iPhones carrier lock

I think that the phone comes unlocked and the lock is applied when the phone is activated. This would be so Apple only has to distribute one version of the iPhone for every carrier. My proposal is for someone to do a usb logic analysis using something such as BUSTRACE (PC) to get the data sent to the iphone during activation, from that I will write software to unlock the phone and stop it having to be activated via AT&T which means you could walk away with an iphone for $499/$599 + tax

I am in Ireland and so dont own an iPhone. I Plead with somebody when you get your iphone install a trial or "other" version of BUSTRACE or a similar usb analyzer and send me the results at imes.stephen (at) gmail.com

From there I will write iPhone unlocking/activation defeating software for all to use for free.
I would love to do this myself but I cannot buy let alone activate an iPhone from Ireland
